I've been in your shoes. From 5-person startup to Fortune 100, across a myriad of leadership roles—Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff, Head of International Growth, and yes, founder of my own business. I know what keeps leaders up at night (because I've been there at 3am, too).
I blend advice with coaching. Sometimes you need strategic guidance from someone who's been there. Other times you need powerful questions that unlock your own insights. I seamlessly move between both to help you become a super-powered version of yourself.
